I recently went over a sketch I did in my sketchbook because I want to use it for a print. It'd be lovely if I could get some critique on it, especially with the placement of Spy's arms. I feel like they should be doing something other than just hanging there, but I'm not sure what.

Try tilting the whole composition nine to twelve degrees anticlockwise, and cropping about 5% off the right edge. Just try it and see if you like it. I'm not promising that you will like it, but it's an experiment.
Also, I wonder if you could adjust the positioning of those arms in the back. I had to stare at them for about twenty seconds in order to figure out which hand belonged to who and how they were attached. I came to conclusion that Snoip has two left shoulders, as illustrated in the redline. But having those struggling hands back there really does add to the composition--it would be great if you could get them sorted out somehow. I took the liberty of experimenting with a few different positions for their arms, and left my best idea for your viewing agony, but, as you can see, it's still pretty awkward. My guess is that you're going to have to reposition their chests before you'll get any really good poses.

The dick looks really strange because it's basically two straight lines. Dicks kind of get fatter at the base and also curve slightly - as do most things in the human body. If you have to use a straight edge for it, you're doing it wrong.
