Oh, thanks! I always felt my voice was a bit... wimpy. I did it because I was itching to, not because I thought I was any good. And yes, I am Australian... which in hindsight will probably make it a little more difficult; I don't want to copy Lowrie's mannerisms and inflection exactly, but if I don't somewhat alter my accent, the difference will be a bit too noticeable. But thanks! Those are encouraging words to hear.

I'm afraid I've made nothing, but while playing on the server last night I brought it up and a lot of people liked it so...
My idea was a 3-stage attack/defend map like dustbowl. First stage is Spongebob, Squidward, and Patrick/Sandy's houses. Next stage would be either downtown bikini bottom or Jellyfish Field. Final stage would be, of course, the area leading up to the Krusty Krab, which would contain the final point.
I think one person the other night said they were inspired to make it but I forget their name. As much as I'd love to fire up Hammer and do it myself I don't know if I'll have the time. :p
If you followed a different path, the track the cart follows could stay on the road. Also, make the cart into a boat.
Perhaps it starts off in the area of Spongebob/Patric/Squidwards' houses (BLU base being Spongebob's and RED being Patric's), then moves on into the main city, where the enxt point is and the team bases are moved into two of those buildings. Then, it goes to Krusty Krab, where either the Chum Bucket is BLU's base and the Krab is the RED'S and the point is off a cliff or something, or it ends in Krusty Krab.
I hope I'm barking up the right tree, I need someone to make something for me... If you haven't heard of Garrymon then youtube search it. I'm planning a scene for Garrymon episode two which requires Professor Isaac Kleiner to be naked and I need a nude skin for him. The reason I come here is in blind hope that the angel who made the TF2 nude skins is lurking around.
If not then if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated, not to mention they will be credited for their work. It could even be as simple as attaching Kleiner's head to a TF2 nude model's body. The complex penises that the TF2 ones have aren't required but may be useful later on to at least have something dangled there.
Help Episode 2 finally come out, strip Kleiner of his clothes for the good of science.

why dont you get those random naked man ragdoll and do a deflator tool head implant? becase if you put the tf2 characters body with kleiner head will create a freaky chimera with realistc face and cartoony body.

Made the band on the crown part pop out more by giving it's own phong mask to make it look ribbon-y.

Time to rig this thing. Diffuse textures are roughly done. Still haven't adjusted any of the spec/phong or created normal maps, so bear that in mind. I'd love to hear any thoughts you might have about the color scheme (especially the buttons) or the model in general.
I've done a lot of work on the face and remodeled the boots and a bunch of other stuff since the last time I posted anything here. Sorry about the delay in working on it, and I'm looking forward to getting it finished soon.

I'm supposing that there is no possible way to get around the fact that classes of both teams will share one eye color (or in this case, set of 2 eyes) without recompiling something with 2 skinfamilies (this is me assuming the eye is it's own little entity. Skinning I know. Modeling is yet beyond my grasp and/or understanding). At this point, the eyes are pretty much the only thing besides the model itself that I can't change between teams (and we won't get into the whole "Different models for each team" discussion).
I would love to not have to make the BLU scootzombie have the exact same gouged eye, but I suppose if I have no choice, then such is life.
If the eye IS it's own little beast, then there's a slight chance I could correctly decompile/recompile it, if that is in fact what would need to be done. I might be waaaay off - again, I don't know models that well. If anyone has any ideas, this could unlock all kinds of possibilities, not only for skinning in general, but if I decide to make an entire zombie team of my own (I know it's been done, but I'm a zombie aficionado, and I wanted to do something with more extensive damage).

I have no idea how in the HELL this pack has a larger filesize than my candy-themed buildables (which included particle effects, sprites, and many more textures overall), but as it stands, it is too large to be hosted on Gamebanana. I might just have to release the hwm heads seperate, maybe.
I compressed the shit out of everything (which I pray doesn't affect the appearance too much...), and there's just no way I can upload them there at the moment.
So, until I figure out how I'm going to handle this, I'm going to have to use Megaupload.
Considering how long it took just to put together the renders, I'm fairly miffed. At least I amused myself in the process by faceposing the zombies into trollfaces.
