I think my only critique is that the Scouts' (both of them) arms look a bit disproportionate; they seem to be a tad short for their bodies/heads (BLU Scout's upper arm especially) but that might be a perspective thing that I'm not getting.

Also I do not think that your colouring/shading was fail because it is gorgeous.
