Don't take my advice too seriously, I'm not a great artist...

It looks to me like you've got a good grasp of the basics, your colouring's good and you've managed to make him look 3D instead of flat. Your anatomy is great for a beginner, but his body's too small for his head - it's an easy mistake to make, since heads need more detail.

I'd say you just need to work on proportions and body shapes a bit more. You'll find everythng you need in the Anatomy Guide thread in fanart.

Keep drawing, you've got a lot of potential there.
