Coupled with Engie (the 'channer, not the class) musing about what class would have what role if TF2 were set in the world of The Little Mermaid (Scoot = Ariel, Demo = Sebastian, etc.), Spy was naturally compared to Ursula.

And thus, cetecean-Spy, or as he is now termed, "Tentaspy", came to exist.
