Actually, it's a dragon fly's head with antennae. Medic fairy has dragonfly wings so I decided to use that. I added the antennae so people would have the basic idea that he switched places with a flying insect through some horrible experiment.

In the end, Heavy smooshed the giant fly man out of being freaked out. Now Medic is stuck as the world's angriest fairy because he can't reverse the teleporter that Engineer fucked up.

Thank you Cashew for pointing out the hands, that's really embarrassing. I believe the problem was that I was looking at my left hand when drawing his right, forgetting that he's FACING ME.
