How'd such a cute kid end up bein' the psychotic drill sergeant from hell that we all know today?

It's really adorable. I think it's his eyes and mouth. I feel there is something off on Solly's thumb and arms, though. The forearms are either too long or the upper arms aren't long enough. They should be about the same length. With foreshortening, that get's distorted a bit, but I don't think that's successful here. Apologies if you didn't want crit, this is actually a problem I have myself a lot (I've drawn Lil Solly in a similar pose) so I thought I'd pass on awareness. It's adorable regardless.
