That's pretty good. I really like pastel shades used in the muzzle flash and in the background.

There's something slightly off-putting about Heavies' face though, can't quite put my finger on what it is; think the bottom should be bigger or more clearly denoted. Also, I think a level 3 Sentry is taller than that.

I think it's the nose and chin which are a bit weird on this heavy, otherwise, pretty cool!

Awesome picture, by the way, love how you drew the turret's ammo belts. Only thing is Heavy's nose isn't as rounded, he's kinda got a short downturned pointy nose. At any rate, MOAR PLZ

Also, re: Heavy. :D Love the use of texture and the background over all. I think his face looks off because the eyes are too big and spaced too far apart. Heavy has teeeeeeny little beady eyes. (...I had to redraw his head about a bajillion times the first time I drew him. *shakes fist* Improperly proportioned bastard.)
