Here's more, for the full body this time. DISCLAIMER: take everything I say with a grain of salt because I barely know what I'm doing when I draw myself.
But okay, I actually had a hard time not compromising the pose you came up with in these redlines, and I apologize for that. One thing I can say for certain is that the balance is off. Dropping a straight line through the middle of an upright standing figure usually helps, from the middle of the collarbone to somewhere between the feet or on the foot with the weight rested on it.
To find the weighted foot, keep in mind how the shoulders and the hips work. One of the best tips I've learned is that when hips and shoulders are parallel, the weight is evenly distributed on the feet. If weight is on one foot, the hip of that leg is raised, and the shoulders are oppositely angled to the hips. (I'm sure there's an easier way of stating that, but I suck with words...)
Also, structural underdrawings are your friends. I know this because I often fail at them and it shows in my work.
