I now realize that Sniper is talking about Spy when he says that, but now I can’t help but imagine that his dad is racist, and Sniper just started using “filthy spook” without realizing what it meant. He just thought I dad called people “ghosts” and thought it fitted Spy. Dammit! That would have made a much better comic!

I like to imagine that sniper has the foresight to think that demo's cigarette might explode and is distancing himself accordingly. Though racism *is* hilarious.

She actually doesn't, she's more of a figurehead. These days, each of these countries have their own governing bodies (I think) including England.
