The Royale engine displaced over 700 cubic inches, about twice the size of a V-8 engine, and was more commonly found in French National Railway locomotives than it was found in cars. The car stands at five feet at the hood alone. Production of the Royale began right at the beginning of the Great Depression, basically ensuring that they would never be bought in that decade.
Only six were ever made, and of those six, only two were sold. The most recent sale had it up for ten million dollars. Yes, ten million dollars. Ridiculously large, lavish, and rare, not to mention extremely European, I can imagine Spy as little else.
TL;DR: SPY IS A FLASHY EUROPEAN CAR THAT NOBODY CAN AFFORD
