The anatomy guide here really helped me a lot. I present to you guys a sketch. I hope some people will help me improve! I would love re-lining or critiques.

Suddenly, I hate toitles.

This...needs a lot of work. I'm sure someone else can give better critiques but what stands out to me the most is the eyes and the neck.

The eyes look like they are set way back into his skull, they need to be lowered a little and moved forward/towards the center just a bit.

the neck itsn't defined enough. It just kind of blobs in with the shoulders. Necks don't taper that much, they're of fairly consistent thickness from shoulder to jaw

Is it just me, or are there too many people posting junk and then asking for redlines. I am by no means a good artist, which is why I don't just put up every scribble I do and then ask other people what's wrong. You said you looked at the anatomy thread, so you can probably see what's wrong with the picture yourself. The face, the eyes, the neck, everything...not trying to sound mean, but people can redline stuff all they want to and it probably won't help you because they'll just be completely redrawing the whole thing anyway.

Can't say I agree with you. Feedback can be pretty hard to come by when you're just starting out, and even with the resource thread, it can be hard to tell what you're doing wrong.

OP, the major problem is the neck and shoulders - there doesn't seem to be any underlying structure, and sniper looks like he's melting because of it.
I find it helps if you treat the chest kinda like a box and the neck like a cylinder, then drape the trapezius over the junction like a melted triangle.
I like that you managed a longer face for Sniper, rather than the generic animu face, and while a fair bit of it's the sideburns and glasses combo, it's actually recognisable as Sniper. The eyes are too high up and too deep in the face, and I think that might be because you're thinking of the head as a flat surface.
Go check this out: http://www.anticz.com/heads.htm
It's one of the best head tutorials I've ever come across.

Lastly, consider visiting deviantart. Most of what's up there is completely worthless weeaboo bullshit, but all the attention whores posting naked pictures of themselves actually makes it pretty useful as anatomy reference, and consciously looking at how a real life body part works is the fastest way of figuring out how to draw it properly.

I vote for a feedback/critique thread!

Practice practice practice! Some things I agree with here, one of them being more work, but using guides is a good start! Other than our anatomy guide, I can give you some places for practice!

www.posemaniacs.com
These are 3D models that aren't entirely accurate, but they give you a good start to different poses and angles of the face. Don't give up browsing that site right away. Flip through it thoroughly and use it for practice.

http://www.modelmayhem.com/
Self promoting fags but incredibly useful for style, excessive muscles, and sometimes just to see what looks good for poses. Great inspiration sometimes, but make sure not to be a tracefag. Everybody hates a tracefag.

Guides are great and all, but they get old and sometimes you just won't quite see what you need to learn. Posemaniac doesn't update too much, so once you've thoroughly squeezed everything you can from it, just move on. That plus the guides, you'll have the basics in your pocket. With new posts in model mayhem coming in a good flow, you'll get used to drawing different body types. Adaptation is key.

deviantart.com is kinda sorta useful. Kinda. It's hard to find the useful among the useless in there imho

Thirding. This is a refreshing show of ingenuity as opposed to the swamp /dis/ is currently.
