Maybe it's because I'm not a drawfag, but I honestly couldn't detect any "bishie-kawaii-desu" influence that stood out in Azer's art. At least, not in the OP picture and the one after it, definitely.

But even if I'm wrong (which is likely), they've got their proportions/anatomy/perspective down pretty damn well and are actually doin' it right.

The coloring feels somewhat animu to me. I guess because it's all crisp and shiny...like it's too squeeky clean. Sorry, I don't really know how to describe it.

It's definitely animu influenced, but that's not a bad thing. I have no beef with good animu art, it's just that so many people who use that style don't have a grasp of anatomy or facial expressions/characteristics(even some professionals and popular artists on the internet have this problem). And the coloring's just gorgeous.
