This is adorable. Scout's hand over Spy's and his blush and Spy's smile... those smiles are really rare aren't they? Precious.

The only thing that strikes me as odd is how under the umbrella the rain just suddenly disappears and there's all this negative space in the background. I know that it was portraying the picture as "The umbrella gets them out of the rain" but with all that white under the umbrella (especially considering the umbrella spans the page) it looks more like you just forgot to colour the background.

Regardless this is cute and you are awesome and my heart skips a beat every time I see that this thread has been bumped in hopes of an update.

Also this comic is P. cool, I admire the way how even the spies both have distinct facial structures and can be told apart despite the fact that they are both wearing Identical masks. It would be so easy to cheat and just use the colours to tell them apart, but they even have different-shaped eyebrows! Its one of those little touches that makes this awesome.
