Love the use of color and values here.

Please, continue.

Haha, love how Scout has cards in his pocket in the first one.
You've got a lovely painting style, keep it up!

This is old. It was the second serious TF2 piece I ever drew.

I love how dynamic the spy looks.

Love you art style! I don't know how to describe it...but either way, it's awesome. The first picture is my fav - the idea of playing cards with the enemy Spy with everyone carrying weapons but no-one in the mood to fight makes a really interesting image.

Thanks for the comments everyone.

Alright, I think this is the last one for now. This was the first Team Fortress picture I ever drew.

I'm going to be brutally honest, there is some weird anatomy going on in this picture, and to a lesser degree in your others.

Hopefully someone with more time/patience can redline for you, but the issues I can point out for you right now in your last picture are the angle of Sniper's jaw, the length of his arms, the way his wrist bends, the size/shape of his hands, the size of his torso/hips in relation to the size of his legs - did this drawing used to be a woman? Cover up Sniper's head (which doesn't quite match the rest of the drawing to my eye at least) and the body could easily be female.

I must say that I agree.
I saw your stuff on deviantart, and while I generally like the style and the animu influence isn't as visible like in *some other cases*, you could work some more on anatomy *most of us have to do the same*. Like here: >>7903 Spy's knee looks like it's been cut or smacked with a shovel.
And the first one: what happened to Engie's legs and arms?
Generally I like your shading and the way you apply textures. But the basics (i.e. anatomy) are essential.

Stop using Photoshop, right now. You need a lot of work, and I would recommend focusing your energies upon improving your drawing skills instead of mucking about with dodge/burn and filters in image editing programmes.

This is a complete disaster. Have you ever looked at a human being before? They aren't shaped like this. Pull up some references, for example - what hands look like. How hands and wrists connect the arm, the proportion of hands to heads, so your fingers don't look like twigs or racks of weenies.

I won't even go into your use of perspective, I'll just say it's terrible.

>>7899
This was actually my favorite picture, until I noticed the sniper, at which point it became my least favorite. Figure out how light works before you attempt to do drawings completely in shadow.

>>7903
Knees are not flat. Bend your knee and look at it. It's not squared off - knees are rounded, and knobbly. Additionally it makes no sense for spy to have such a trim waist and then have massive hips and thunder thighs.

You have compositional skill, but your knowledge of human anatomy is fairly poor, perspectives and light/shadow need a lot of work. Shadow is not just BLACK.

Heh, I just got overwhelmed by COLOR, and looking back... yeah, the anatomy is p. wonky.

But, yeah, just chiming in with everybody... I do love the use of color and composition, and there are places where the value works and places it doesn't. We've got a Bootcamp thread in /help/ if you want some redlines.

It would be awesome to see these with some of these fixed, because I think you have potential to be pretty fucking amazing.

First of all, I'd like to say I absolutely adore your use of contrast and the way you manage to create a dramatic mood. You seem pretty confident with your shading, which is a definite advantage. Just the objects on the table show that you have a pretty good concept of 3-dimensionality.

But your figures do need a little bit of work. The faces don't quite line up with the form of the face and the bodies seem... off. Just try drawing a few muscles on the figure (from real life and from just muscle/bone studies) and I guarantee that you'll eventually improve.

I guess I agree on the anatomy bits or something but

damn do I love your coloring and shading! to be completely honest, I was too distracted by the really, really vivid scenes you made to notice the errors.

Everyone said what there is to be said about anatomy and overall everything, but let me be the good cop here and say that OP is at least highly ambitious and all their illustrations 'tell a story' and have great mood. It's people like this I want to see improve leaps and bounds, because the DRIVE and obvious care is there. Go go OP. Reach for the art stars.

I am in no way qualified to talk about anatomy or shading or artistic skillz of any kind, given that my own drawings look like something a kindergartender does with fingerpaints, but I notice our boys seem to have wagered a gun, a tin of Spam, cigs, novels and/or porn. Hilarious, and very well observed- you watch a lot of war movies, or were you in the Service yourself?
