Heavy's legs should be almost half the length of what you think they should be, even though that sounds wrong. Also they're thinner than his big bulk'o'arms... and don't forget his belly! He might have some rippling stomach muscles somewhere, but his overall stomach/chest shape is always convex rather than concave.

And as a last and final note for a bit, the main reason I was asking about the Ambassador is because it'd be cool if it had Doctor Girlfriend on it. Not sure if it'd be a edit of Scoot mom already on it, or a whole new drawing but any help from you guys would be muchly obliged.

PS: Was thinking it'd be the same colour scheme as the ARAbassaDOUR.
