The best way to get decent button makers is from online. I got mine off Ebay, but I know that many people buy them off button supply websites. A decent one usually goes for ~$100-$200, depending on the brand and how convenient you want the process to be.

Just a heads-up, though: Jadie already makes class buttons (see picture), so I'd make sure you don't stylistically step on her toes. Stick to your own unique style so people don't accuse you of copying her.

i have a button make of my own and i was wondering what sized buttons you used?

Mine are, I think, 1&1/2".

Also where should i go to get better prints. My home printer doesn't make then high quality enough and I get colors that have likes between tones.

She really has no need to worry - I have my own style of art and would never simply copy someone else's unique ideas for buttons. Her style is very unique, so I do not see a problem occurring in the future. :)
If I do make all the classes, I'd probably just make the emblems or teeny full bodies. I'm having a difficult time already with creating a chibi Scout head by itself :P

According to http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/Spy, the emblem is as is. The emblems are represented on their arms as patches, not necessarily what's represented on the tab screen. At least that's how I understand it, heh.

Technically the spy doesn't have a patch on him anymore, so I'm not sure where the wiki got that picture for his emblem. If anything, it should be a balisong/butterfly knife, but that's just my opinion. :\
