Hello all, I is Oni. I'm gonna go to MegaCon this year all three days (like last year) and probably cosplay Red Female Solly (I already have this one 90% complete) aaaand something else. Any suggestions? I'm thinking Engie because my mom is an engineer and I think that would make her lol buckets. And because with her Engineering help I might be able to build a working sentry that doesn't shoot of course, but maybe senses "targets" and beeps and such... Anyway.

Uhh, I really want to see if anyone wants to meet up, I'd like to meet some fellow TF2Channers. :D Maybe make some frands? Anyway. I like saying anyway.

Anyway. What's the plan?

I don't pull enough water to make any "official" Chan plans, but it'd be best if the whole group sticks together. More fun for everyone. As for the Sentry, I hope your mom has a ton of free time to get it up and running before the con comes around. You wouldn't happen to be kyokoizumi on dA, would you?

Alright, I'm definitely going to be there, and my Demo costume is about 95% done. Two months away and pretty much all I have to do is make this vest look less like a cut up fleece pullover, which it currently is.

Nah, I don't have a DA, not one that is updated, at least. I am planning on opening one sometime but eh, I don't know when exactly.

But as for my mom, I think we can get something done, a little at least. There's a really good parts store around here called Skycraft that I just love, and we go there for projects and such. I'm probably gonna make a prototyoe from cardboard for sizing and measuring purposes and then move on to making it out of foam core (so it won't weigh a lot). And because I love foam core. And then I'm gonna have a blast airbrushing it and giving it a beep. :D

Well well well look at all the red maggots that is deciding to show up to the Blu teams megacon! I hope all you ladies are ready to be dominated all weekend long you long haired pansies!

I'm thinking Friday, though - last year I organized the meet-up in front of the dealers room and that seemed to work out really well. We can caravan any which way from there. Any objections?

I don't think there was a meet-up, haha. At least not one that I know of, but then again I wasn't there on Sunday. An almost complete RED team wandered around together for a while, though. All we were missing was a Spy & a Medic.

Yeah, there was nothing scheduled - we pretty much rolled around the hall at one point, gathering other TF2 cosplayers like a Katamari. Good times.
