The structure of his face seems a little off - a little too narrow, I think. It also might be that his glasses are usually much smaller than how you drew them. But the colouring style you used is quite lovely, especially the depth of the shadows. I think I stared at it for a good couple of minutes, hehe.

they're too thick or wide, or a little too low on his mouth, or maybe the shading is just confusing me.
