There are a couple things you could work on though - Scout's dick is just a tad low on his body (as is his belly button, now that I look at it) and the angle of his nose doesn't quite match the rest of his face. Fixing the dick and bellybutton problem is easy, fixing the face...well, good luck, that angle is a PAIN IN THE ASS. So, I feel your paaaain. (Actually, as I look at it more, if you want a quick fix - extend the bridge of his nose a bit, since Scout has an upturned nose anyway, you can kind of fudge it like that. Ultimately though, you'd need to redo his jaw so you can see the underside.) I think with both the heads, I'd try to pay attention to the over-all shape a bit more. They're a bit too round, where most of the TF2 dudes have distinctly oblong (and anatomically incorrect) heads.

All that said....FFFF I LOVE YOUR COLORING. Scout's face and collarbone look really lovely. And I adore that look of concentration on his face, eyebrows all scrunched together, lips pulled back a little...ah, it's delightful.

Thanks for the critique and stuff, I'm really no good with anatomy and facial structures. (Especially since TF2 characters have really distinct features) Still kinda trying to get rid of the animu desu that's left in my style, it's proving to be pretty difficult FFFFFFF.

Scout's body is looking kind of noodley and blocky. You'd think he'd have more muscle definition from that running and his torso would be longer.

Seconding OFL here. You've done a great job for just winging it and I also happen to have a mild fapping kink so this is just plain fabulous

As for crit, lines for the right arm are looking a bit wobbly, might wanna practice dat arm structure. Also his left shoulder's looking a smidge high (or his right shoulder's a smidge low) for where I think it should be?

A good protip is flipping over the picture / mirroring it. It helps you nitpick the little things while you're drawing. C:
