These are great! Thought I'd offer some constructive criticism, so I hope it's alright.
I think sniper finger on the first one is... how do I put it, I think it just needs to be more clearly defined as a figure, not a misshapen blob of a hand.
Also, for the medic, it's a bit nit-picky but I think when a person pulls on a glove they spread their fingers apart a bit.
Don't take offense or anything, I'd love to see more from you!

A prof. sniper never place a rifle like thate, even to just look around. It'll be a habit to place it correct.
