My inner weeaboo is sad that they didn't include the murasaki bōshi, (a small head-scarf worn by onnagata actors) that would identify the Medic as a female impersonator when wearing this wig.

As for the picture, I love the transition between the little 'healing' crosses and the cherry blossoms. Very awesome.

When I first saw the update teaser image, I assumed that's what it was going to be. Some kind of ridiculous face paint akin to Metal Gear Solid 3's Oyama/Kabuki paint entered my brain repeatedly and refused to leave.
