How about, someone replaces Spy's tobacco cigarettes, with weed cigarettes?
And He gets high, and does a terrible job as Spy.
Like eating funions or chips while cloaked, and wiping his fingers on someone to get the crumbs off.
And when He wakes up in Respawn he's all "Bummerrrrr maaaaaaan" or in french whatever.
