just the tiniest piece of background info from a German reader: Medic uses "Herr" like "Sir": "Thank you, Herr." "Herr, it is true!" "Sir" can't be directly translated with "Herr"; "Herr" is only used in combination with a title like "Herr General"/"Herr Lehrer" or with a last name like "Herr Müller"/"Herr Heavy" (this sounds a bit strange too, "Heavy" reads more like a first name). But since it's a clever way of showing Medics stiff polite Germanness, and in lack of better suggestions, I'm absolutley fine with that and ask you two to write some more.
