Spy's like the ultimate creeper, like this scary loaded gun with a twitchy finger on the trigger. It's like he's constantly stuck in 2 different states. He either cannot operate to his maximum potential because he's so distracted with his greed and lust for blood and pleasure, or he concentrates ALL his powers into getting the boy and making Engie suffer horrifically for it. He's barely qualifies as human anymore, just this mad, obsessed shadow of himself. Scout is entirely justified for his fearful paranoia, and I'm scared Engie, as much as he's trying to help so far, isn't nearly being careful enough. If Engie doesn't raise his guard higher, then I'm afraid that Spy's little fantasy will come true. Have I told you that I love this story and check for updates religiously?
