Nice to see new folk posting content! As for setting, try and think over why the characters are there, what there doing etc.
For posing, try and picture yourself in that position, Pyro kinda has her arms floating obove her legs, her legs don't seem to be relaxed either.
For lighting and camera, the centre focus should always be the pyro or character and nothing else unless the background holds importance. The camera is so far back and dark that i'm more interested in the bowling alley then the pyro.
Play and practice is the best way!
