I wanted to try my hand at something different, so how about we all play an RPG?
And since it's Demoman December, it'll be from his POV.

I'm not sure how it'll turn out, but I do know it'll be fun!
Help guide Demoman through quests, little missions, and other such grand adventures.

And just for the record, in this setting, there is no 'Red and Blu are enemies' thing, cause there aren't really any defined 'teams' to begin with... and there are going to be other colors too, just so you know!

Alrighty, without further ado, let's begin!

They all sat there, enjoying the campfire.

But then -

"HEINRICH!" someone bellowed from across the village.

"Coming, liebchen!" Mr. Anzo called back, although in a rather high-pitched way.

The three remained silent, while Mrs. Anzo's (one-sided) arguing with her husband could be heard all the way to them. Something about her taking care of the stables while he prattled all day around town, and that he should help around the ranch more, that he brings that bucket of water from the well, that he is a lazy gibbering mouse, and other such things.

The Archer then mourned "Alas, pitiful wanka'. Went a'runnin' as if ogres were after him. ...'Cept how dost he flee from ye one he married? Surely baneful, by'Jove!" Archer jested.

And there was much lollery.

Militiaman then raised the ribs, proclaiming "Weel, t'is looks about done."

Tavish shared the ribs with Cavalier, and while they were all having some breakfast, he said:

"That Miss Anzo is leookin' meighty fine today, ey? What do yew think - quite a lady, righte?"

"Wh-WHAT? That trollwife? You can't be serious!" Cavalier was gobsmacked, while Archer just stared wide-eyed.

"Forsooth! By Thunderous Artemis, YOU and the physician's wife?" Archer asked.

"Weel, if th' doc is more wedded to his job rather then his guidwife, an' ye' lady is lonely, how could 'Ah refuse?"

"munchmunchmunch..." Cavalier had a mouth full of roast rib, so he couldn't say anything.

The Archer then, jokingly "I sayeth, aren't you a mighty lucky wolf, ye are?"

"Heh. If 'e has candlelight fer' his potions, but can't 'ave lamp-oil teh' spare fer th' misses, that's his fault."

Not dead yet! ...Or, I'm not going to abandon this thing here!

I'm sorry for not being so productive as of late. Since January onward I've been busy with: college, website project, exams, upcoming trip, and so forth.
Just one more week, and things should calm down, hopefully. :)

Also, as of late I've been having vampires on the brain... I'm ashamed.
The Legacy of Kain series's storyline is too awesome to not get caught up in it, I hope you understand.

"Off to training I go! By my word, I will pay thee back for the fine meal!"

From the back of the crowd, Tavish tried to see what was going on, but it soon became apparent.

Ey, that didn't go so well.

In the distance, though, he could see the main event about to start.
Might as well- it's about one of the only exciting things that happen in these parts.

Getting a good spot near the front, he watched as their resident wizard (and part-time executioner) set the bonfire alight. The witch let out an almighty screech before being engulfed in flames.

"Splendid!" the town's judge clapped enthusiastically.

The town's wizard walked away from the pyre, dusting his hands with a job well done.

"That t'was it this day, good folks. Ye perpetrator has been neutralized. Thank you!" The judge announced before he added "Now, if somebody would be kind and bring ye farmer out of yonder pond so we can change him back?"

'Ribbit' is heard somewhere among the people who kept cheering on and clapping their hands.

All of a sudden... something's happening. It's as if the sands of time are shifting.
A random event has been triggered!

What's it going to be, nobody can predict. Some minor change? Or of massive proportions? The dice of destiny rolls...

Suddenly, the sorcerer turned to him. Mumbling, he presented a pouch to Militiaman.

"Oh, yew gott th' brimstone! Thank ye!" Indeed, Tavish asked for a batch of the stuff some time ago. He needed it for his project, and who better to ask the resident wizard who's an expert in all things fiery?

Paying the appropriate sum for the sorcerer's undertaking for him, he then headed back to put the bag in his house for safe-keeping.

Tavish wondered. After he stored the pouch away, should he continue on his hobby immediately, or should he do something else that maybe he'd missed?

[Just so you know, the other outcomes in the random event were either an attack from an invading force, or the Courier showing up with an announcement, or something completely different.]

Tavish has a most peculiar hobby. He taught himself the basics in the art of alchemy, all in order to sate a burning curiosity.

Long ago, there was a mysterious incident. One day when he went to burn the rubbish pile, he happens-chance added some stuff from the village's shared compost heap since he ran out of wood to stoke the fire. And it was then that the campfire just... blew up.
He lost his eye to the shrapnel that day.

But strangely, instead of becoming hostile and wary because of the incident, he was fascinated and for some reason, felt the need to figure out what happened. It's as if the blinding light and thunder bewitched him.

Over the past few years he attempted to make that thunder happen again. Many, many tries afterward, he was starting to lose hope.

But now he got the ingredient he needed to make a new batch. A batch of the stuff he thinks would work this time.
