The biggest tip I could possibly give if you want to rise above the average crap we have here on /gmod/ into the few gems: post-process your images. Flat screenshots of models posed in sexual positions are just too unpolished to actually be worth looking at, in my opinion. Get Photoshop, GIMP, or some other image editing program, and make things actually look good. I'll give an example of what could be done for the most basic image I'd consider worth looking at, using the image you have there.
Smooth your models and rid them of jagged edges, like Soldier's back. Normal bodies don't jut out at random angles like that, and it just looks unappealing.
Fill gaps and wrinkles where necessary, such as Heavy's right arm and Soldier's right ankle. Models and Gmod have never been perfect poseurs, and posing them in awkward positions (like, coincidentally, sexual positions) tends to distort their bodies. Fix them up by filling the gaps, and you'll have a much better image.
Utilize Depth of Field to focus the attention on your models, and not the background. I haven't used GMOD in a long time myself, but I do know there is a tool that allows you to take images with depth of field, blurring out the background as it gets further away. Your image is rather distracting behind the models, with a lot of books on the shelf and decorations. Focus the viewer where you want them to look by either using the aforementioned GMOD tool, or manually blur everything else out slightly in an image editing program.
Jasonafex has been doing a good job at making interesting GMOD works, even since he began posting here as just the Pyro Porn Guy, simply because he took the time to post-process his images. I'd suggest attempting to remake some of his earliest works to see what sort of things he fixed between screenshotting and posting the image, if you have the models and time.
