Finally got around to trying a redline for this. What mostly bugged me about this picture was that Medic's hands and torso seemed a little ill-defined. Otherwise, it looks quite good IMO.

Aha, you're spot on about his legs; it's an animu habit that I've yet to kick. I don't have access to Photoshop most weekends (when I stay at my partner's place), so when I finally get around to fixing this it'll probably be Monday night.
