I've always secretly thought Medic was Jewish, but I don't think anyone celebrates Kwanzaa on the team. It's more for the fans, not the characters.

I think it'd be best not to discuss religion either, but there's so many Christmas items everywhere, it'd be nice to see some diversity is all.
