I read the comic on the evening it came out and was very glad. The storyline is a bit all over the place, but in my opinion they managed to find a really satisfying ending.
That final sequence with the fan coming in for Smissmas and Saxton and Maggie fighting on is genuinely great.
Also middle-aged Helen is awesome.

I liked some things, disliked a lot of other things. I liked that you got to see the other side of Mann Co with the other teams. I liked the sappy in a good way dinner ending. I don't like that a lot of Helen's backstory got cut "because it was boring" and you're left with a "I forgor why I hate u lol" explanation. That just felt lazy. Plus Zephaniah still being alive goes at odds with his ghost on Halloween maps... and Jay acted like Halloween isn't canon when they literally use Merasmus' ghost in the same comic. Disappointed they also let Jay break off Pauling x Scout, but I liked that Scout at least got a good ending banging other chicks as God's gift to women. Soldier suddenly having a cave full of more Australium felt like a cheap Deus Ex Machina. Perhaps there was always going to be flaws trying to wrap up the story 7 years later.
