This one is by me (Nazi/SS/Steampunk inspired conglomerate clothes on Medic, but still, in that vein).

This was from an old TF2-verse AU where 'what if Nazi's won WWII and RED/BLU ran the world under them' thing, and the top Gestapo were basically medics running all ramped up on Kritz/uber fumes, breathing it out their gas masks like a bull with glowing eyes.

(older) art by BadMedicine, but I frankly think it's still a great piece.

OH and as the post was asking for porn, have some lederhosen AND Nazi medic. (I THINK It's ZhousDayOff, but I'm not sure).
