This isn't a bad drawing, though it could use some work. I think the main thing here is that everything doesn't seem to "flow", if you know what I mean. The hands are positioned unnaturally, the thumb is a little too small, and I think Sniper's mouth and right nostril need to be a little more defined. :3

Pyro's right (from the viewer's point) arm looks really weird. The left one matches up with the angle and pose but the right one doesn't. It looks like he painfully bends the arm to the side. Try to rotate the image in your head (you could also recreate the pose in Gmod if you have it) and look at how the arms need to be posed.

The Sniper drawing looks pretty decent to me. Only his face seems to be kinda wonky, rest is fine. The experts here can surely point out more though.

The comic thing looks like a good practice! Moving out of your comfort zone and doing something you're not good at yet is very important. Kudos to you.
The anatomy is wonky in places (Pyro tends to have really long arms there) and the perspectives don't always line up but generally, you're off to a good start! Watch scenes from classic action movies to get more into movement and composition for such a scene.

I think you should look at drawing the perspective of the figures first (boxes for the head etc..) and then draw on top. It's basically what I did to most of your drawings. I just put cubes on top to correct their perspective and poof you have depth.

I spent 4 hours on this... I think I deserve a name now...
