No. 8335
Here's some critique.

Not much to say except the left hand is really wonky looking. I think it's the thumb jutting out way too far, and looks broken.

I've noticed, in your other artwork as well, that you do this thing with hands where you make the thenar and the hypothenar very rounded and hard and they look more like bone jutting out than natural hands. The hypothenar is pretty thin from the side view, even with big hands it's more teardrop shaped, but you usually draw it very big and perfectly rounded, and make the contours of the hypothenar very visible. Same with the thenar, even when making a fist, skin folds and makes it look softer and not such a sharp edge/definition.

I think I can tell that you did not use references. There should be more visible area around the neck. Hands too, but I think for this picture it's alright. The neck, though, would be choking him to death right about now. The metal hoop is kind of just there, with no visible purpose, and no way to tell if it's a locking mechanism or what. Maybe add a padlock to it? The foreshortening is pretty wild, the stockade looks like it sticks out a lot more than it should and looks like it'd look left-heavy from the front. I'm also not sure what's going on with the left side of Soldier's face- is that smeared blood? I have no idea because the blood from his nose seems put there with purpose and the other red just kinda slapped on there.
Hope any of that helps.
