eating 1500 cals a day, max of one slice of bread, no potatoes, no rice, no grains, no more than 10% cals from saturated fat, exercising to earn more food and keeping a macro nutrient split of 25% carbs (mostly from plants), 40% protein and 35% fat with an emphasis on healthy fat. Also vitamins, whey protein shakes to supplement and PGX daily.
I wasn't getting results until I went this far.
