It would be good if you could get advice from someone more experienced than me, but I'll just point out some things I noticed.
Her hands and wrists are tiny. They can be small, but currently they're a little too small.
The foot on the right (her left) looks kind of like a tree branch. The other foot looks good, however it is pointing off to the left, while the leg to which it is attached is pointing forward. This could be fixed by either turning her foot forward or turning her leg to the side.

That out of the way, I'll say I really like the design, because it is true to the original. But her skirt is so short! Everything else looks good and practical except the skirt. I think halfway between the crotch and knees is a good length because it's more professional, but far from prudish.
I think this picture is definitely worth making adjustments to, because it looks good overall.

The eyes are very very weird, but personally, I like them.

Well, I have referred the model when coloring shadows.

And..would it be ok if she is wearing underpants under her skirt?

No reason she wouldn't be wearing shorts or culottes under her skirt. It would definitely make sense, considering how short the skirt is and the fact that her job has her running all over hell's half-acre and crouching in places for long periods of time.

Well, this time, a fem!spy.
In fact, sniper's wearing miniskirt to make watcher get boner and underpants to kill that boner so she can screw the watcher was spy's idea.
So, spy is wearing the pants, too.

That is a pink-ass newt. Anyway, some nit-picking: It looks like you had the right idea of placing her mouth halfway between her nose and chin, but due to the perspective it should be a few pixels higher. It looks too close to her chin.
The angle on the right (her left) knee is a little exaggerated, so her knee almost looks dislocated.
That is a very tight vest. Maybe slightly reduce the definition in the chest area? Anyway, your designs are your business, but I suddenly feel like she would look good in short pants as opposed to a miniskirt. That's not critique, that's just my opinion. Speaking of the skirt, in the first version, too much of the back was visible, but in this version none is visible. I think it would be right if just a tiny sliver of the back of the skirt was visible.

It would be good if you could get more critique from other people. If anything I have less experience than you, so I can only point out details rather than give you overall critique.

Your style is pretty solid, and I enjoy the designs (although I personally feel that snipers would have pants). The lighting you did on your sniper is too bright. Use a color that isn't white to tone it down. If you use more shades in between the brightest and darkest colors, the picture will look more natural. Right now it looks like you're using 3 colors to shade. Try using five and see how that works.

In the way of figures, both your sniper and spy seem to have the same body type. It's fine if you meant for it to happen that way, but a little variation never hurts. If you pick one that you feel matches your fem!class's design, look up more photos for reference. You can never have too many reference pictures!

That aside, I would love to see more development of your fem!classes. You're off to a good start; The next step would be drawing them in other poses, different clothes, or something to that effect. Have them interacting with other people or things. It gives them depth!

Your fem Sniper's face looks just way too masculine right now and I preferred how it looked beforehand. I can understand not wanting to make her too sexy looking to avoid making her into a pinup, but as it is her face just looks outright male. There are certain fundamental differences in the skeletal and anatomical makeup of the male and female face, such as the female nose and mouth being closer together and the male face being more square and angular. I think if you softened some of the shading instead of making it so harsh, brought her nose and mouth closer together, and made her face less elongated it would be a lot better.

I don't quite agree. I think most of the face is not so masculine as to be a problem. Moving the mouth up is the only thing that needs to be changed, and after that it's mostly a matter of personal taste.

Well, actually, I have wanted to draw in simple and cartoonish style like dexter, mlp, nerfnow, ppg and etc...and style like this picture!!
Such style may destroy the anatomy, but since I'm totally noob at drawing, can you guys stil advice me??

And..my favourite kink is actually gore, so I drew something smells blood.
