Right, I may have over-reacted in the previous thread to a few things, and for that I must apologize. I suppose it was bound to happen that art belonging to people who frequent this site would get posted. Whether by mistake or on purpose, it didn't sit right with me and I did what I thought needed to be done, which was step in and protect people. And to keep people protected, I thought narrowing what could be posted would fix the situation. In doing so, I confused and upset a lot of you. Sorry about that, but as a mod I felt it was the right decision and am now realizing it wasn't handled correctly.
However, I must be honest here and say that I do not like this thread. I don't like the concept of it as an artist and you can go ahead call me butthurt for saying that. I'm not trying to say that I haven't come across things that make me cringe and wish I could bleach my eyes. I'm just saying that labeling something as "bad art" is all based on opinions and that door often leads to arguments and drama (and has).
Anyways, go ahead and post whatever you want instead of worrying or complaining and I'll go ahead and look the other way until something stupid happens. Just use common sense and try not to post things that might belong to the artists that come here.
